The Advanced Bodywork Lab (ABL) is the newest vision brought to you by Massage by Nik, designed to seamlessly fuse clinical bodywork with elite corrective exercise. While the physical space for ABL is currently under construction as we finalize the logistics for our upcoming facility expansion, you don’t have to wait to start your transformation. We are officially launching our virtual personal training program powered by the Trainerize app! Nik – Lead Corrective Specialist

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Myomassologist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, my mission through ABL is to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and functional fat loss. I specialize in taking clients who have completed traditional physical therapy and safely transitioning them into sustainable strength training and weight loss.

Nelly – CPT

Nelly Gomez, has been helping women of all ages get stronger and active since 2019. Operating in the Troy, Rochester, Royale Oak areas. Offering in home and a Gym personal training experience with a virtual training options and flexability. Programs focused on Strength training, fat loss, muscle building, and pre/postpartum services. Each program is customized to the client goals and lifestyle.

Kyle Lisk, offers in-home, gym, and virtual personal training designed to help clients build strength, lose fat, and feel more confident through customized, sustainable programs. Kyle draws from an athletic background, his own personal weight-loss journey, and more than eight years of professional experience working with clients in both fitness and post-rehab settings. He focuses on practical routines that fit real life and creates individualized training built around each client’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
